One faithful day at San Francisco, Camotes Islands after eating lunch at Lucy's Diner (best damn burgers in the whole Philippines by the way), I was riding my motorbike and the guy in front of me had a shirt that said "My Name is Blue."

"That's a good name for a diving center", I said.

And that's about it. That's how we got the name.
