In this beginner 1-day class, your instructor will guide you through the fundamentals of freediving, breath-holds, relaxation and equalization so you make the best of your underwater experience, whether that’s in the pool or the ocean.

Please keep in mind there are no requirements for you to pass this freediving experience, all you need to do is show up with enthusiasm and curiosity!
